Foreword In consideration of the clients' requirement, moldability and cost competitiveness, all the molding materials used in our company are develped and produced by ourselves.
1．Composite materials for hard PVC shaped extrusion
GNV7010
It conforms to the CaZn nontoxic preparation and Food Hygiene Law, suitable for the molding processing of hard PVC with two or more colors, such as package/container, doorframe and decorative frame, etc. It is mainly used to produce the parts in the refrigeratory that directly contact with the food.
2．Soft PVC composite materials
GNV3010
It conforms to the nontoxic preparation and Food Hygiene Law. Soft PVC without 7P is used in package/container (excluding residue). It could be used alone or used with CNV7010 together to produce the molding products that directly contact with the food. Its features are in accordance with JISK6771 transparent soft PVC pipes.
GNV3020
It conforms to the nontoxic preparation and Food Hygiene Law. Package/container. It could be used alone or used with CNV7010 together to produce the molding products in the refrigeratory that directly contact with the food. ABS and PS materials have excellent oil resistance for their non-migration feature.
GNV5110
It conforms to the nontoxic preparation and Food Hygiene Law.
Package/container (excluding residue). ABS and PS materials have excellent oil resistance for their non-migration feature, which are used as the cushion material in the refrigeratory.
3. PVC elastomer
CNV4020
The molding processing of hard PVC with two or more colors, such as CaZn nontoxic preparation, doorframe and convex edge frame. It is used to produce fittings that are airproof and elastic.
4. PP composite material
GNP110
It conforms to the Food Hygiene Law. Package/container. It is used to produce the extrusion molding fittings, such as the doorframe of the refrigeratory and the filter in the deodorization device.
